- On the Analog side: Must have experience with circuit design, layout, and debugging with an emphasis in the analog arena and have an in depth understanding of layout rules for analog audio and other circuitry
- On the digital side: Must have experience with VHDL design, have experience with the RTCA and have knowledge of analog and digital audio design and DSP
- Any experience designing to meet Electromagnetic compatibility requirements or DO-254 is a PLUS
- Must have good communication skills
- Degree required

- Analysis of electronics packaging for hostile environments (temperature, vibration, shock)

- “Plusses” include: UG NX4, packaging for airborne applications
